This is what happens when the tattoo artists station isn’t clean. Please make sure that everything has been cleaned BEFORE you get a tattoo, even if it’s at a good reputable shop. Each artist is responsible for their own station, so one station may be clean, while another is not simply due to each individual artist. He used a disposable machine, brand new sealed (in autoclave pouch) needles, gloves, etc. So I thought everything was kosher… well, a few days later this is what I get. A localized infection which is being treated with salt water compresses and Bacitracin (i think is the name)ointment.
